How do refund services work?

How do people guarantee refunds and keeping the product? Isnt that illegal or something.

I have refunded more than 20 articles on Wish, because they never ask for return as they just dont have the facilities to do so. The worse you can get is your account be banned. My advice is do it 8-10 times then create a new account.

When they ask you why you want a refund, just say your thing dont work and send a photo

It's ilegal but amazon wont report a client never. In Amazon you can do refunds if the product is less than 300 eur. If it is bigger they will ask you for a police report before refunding. The best way is SE them saying the product is not at home but at the page it say it was already shipped.
