I played a lot of games, but Star Wars: Jedi Knight - Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy was one of the more memorable ones. Also Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR 1 and 2).
And Mass effect 1-3 of course.

For SNES Ninja Gaiden is one of my favorite games. Its pretty frustrating while you are still learning the levels but once you get good its so satisfying. For game cube Super Mario Strikers is also a solid split screen game that can be run in Dolphin

Super Mario 64, hands down. The game was great, and thinking back on it they had a lot of bugs. It's quite amazing how much videogame development has progressed.

Man... I played a bunch of stuff in my childhood.

WoW, CSS, Oddworld, Battlefront (the old one), Halo etc.
