Hello

I recently download Vbulletin 1.4 from our forum. Usually, i do not perfer nulled theme due to Backdoor and other malware infection. However, Due to price of Vbulletin, i am forced to use nulled Vbulletin from NulledBB.com. After the installation, forum was hacked and i found some backdoor in file.

How to could i clean it.

depends how far the user got into the file system. I have a paid service where we can do this for you. But until we can get in and check it out we cant before sure if anything is salvageable.

How many data is there that you need to keep? Is it still new essentially? Is starting from scratch an option?

How do you know they got in from vbylletin and not from your host?

I am managing the server and it is not infected. It is running on Plesk. I did not get time to promote the content but forums are 4 years old and have around Topics: 195 Posts: 291.

Previously, it was running on Vbulletin 5.1 which are perfectly fine for last 4 year. I have to upgrade as it was running on PHP5.6. Old script was clean. I did not know about vbulletin file system and structure but backdoor is the database.

How much will charge to clean it?

Services start at $100 which also would include a server audit to prevent future potential hacks/breaches.

Shoot me a pm and we can discuss further.
