Stay hydrated and go to bed at a set time. Melatonin also helps with getting to bed. Or some ?sleepy time tea

Drink only water 2HRs prior to bed time. Turn off any electronics, I.E. Cellphone to screen dim, ensure no devices produce any blue light.

Hydrating as well as just relaxing should make sleeping much easier.

I think keeping the room a little cold and using black-out curtains can help you sleep better.

Obviously, you'd need to develop a routine so that your body could get used to the times that you sleep at. It also really helps to turn off your phone before this

Get out of the computer early, don't have your phone in front of your eyes, have a soft bed and a nice breeze.

Get some nice tea or sleeping pills that helps out a lot

get a lot of fluid in your system (water) and also set your room at nice temperature.

Try to meditate before sleeping. Control your breath for, like, 10 minutes. It makes a decent difference
