You have to be extremely relaxed to piss and fart at the same time because it is the same muscle that controls what to release, so I think, releasing both wastes at the same time should be extremely satisfying.

Hmmm not at the same time. If I ever do the stream would have to stop than re continue.

It happens sometimes if you push a little too hard, cause we all know if you push it makes your pee shoot like a fire hose LUL
