Is being lesbian/gay bad?

Depends on who you ask, I guess. Even though not completely on the straight and narrow myself, I do sometimes quietly judge gay couples in public even though I really shouldn't care.

It's 2019. If you're not a gay trans person you're doing something wrong.

There is nothing wrong with being gay or lesbian at all, you are born like this, the only thing that is wrong is the homophobia.

Nah. Honestly the best reaction you can have to your friend being gay is to just get on with your life like nothing changed, because realistically it didn't.
Like your friend was gay way before you knew about it. It's only gonna be weird if you make it weird, y'know?

I never met a real gay person in my life, I would stay away from him if I ever met. because I am not gay/lesb.

Recently I was in Kiev (City in Ukraine), and I met quite a lot of people with a non-traditional orientation there.

Regardless of your own opinion of it I think as a friend you should support them with their choices.

I am a father, i personally would not look forward to my kid telling me that they were gay HOWEVER if that day ever came then i would respect them just the same.
