Highest FPS?

Personnellement j'ai pu avoir jusque 2548 fps c'est assez horrible mon ordi comprenait plus rien mdr

Optifine does some wonders, I average around 300fps with shaders and 3d Texture packs running. BUT i have to have my render under 20 chunks.

I've gotten about 2000 fps on shaders. My computer is pro. I love minecraft btw

You're both missing a key fact in your arguments anyway.... A monitor will only display a certain amount of "FPS" depending on it's refresh rate to begin with. If you have a monitor with a 60hz refresh rate and get 300FPS you absolutely will not see the effect of anything above 60fps anyway. Also I'm pretty sure that could cause screen tearing. That is why things like V-sync exist.

I once had my gaming rig rendering Minecraft at over 3000 frames on lowest settings.

it doesnt even matter, only that matters is that game is smooth

My heighest fps in minecraft 1.8.9 version is 500-600 FPS
