I signed up and wanted to upgrade immediately but for some reason, I haven't met the requirements.

Can anybody assist?

You need at least 10 posts before you can Upgrade to Prime Group.
Right now you have 6 posts.

I think there is a minimum amount of posts. But normally it says what the requirements are.
