Will CSGO ever die?

CSGO still has around 700k players. CSS still has an active community. CS:CZ is kinda dead, but still has some players. 1.6 still has an active community. So no, I do not think CS:GO will die anytime soon, none of the CS games have died completely.

I don't foresee it dying, no game comes close to the simplicity of Counter-Strike and people care about their inventories with thousands of dollars of skins in them.

I personally think csgo will never die ,its a classic game and will continue to live on forever, what do yall think?

game is very easy to keep playing and the pro scene will keep it alive

CS:GO; has gone through a hard time, it probably will not completely die, but with the changes, I will not be playing it.

I think CS:GO will die if another CS game come out, but i dont think that is going to die rn

Honestly I highly doubt it will die out anytime soon. Especially considering that they have adopted a free to play model. So, until official server support dies down for the game I honestly don't see activity dying off.

No, it wont die. The Counter-Strike series has not and never will die. It's just a classic game. The popularity has fluctuated around 500k and thats pretty good. I think it might be because there are a lot of other games on the market that gets a lot more attention than CSGO and might give an illusion that CSGO is dying because it doesnt have the attention that the other games have.
