I have no clue why you think the animation is bad, it's the same as the previous seasons.

I will agree that some of the episodes aren't as good as I'd like them to be. Episode five is easily the best in my opinion, and I really liked the majority of the side stories that took place in the episodes.

the animation itself and the story is not so bad, for sure it is not so interesting I earlier episodes,
but you have to be happy that new ones are coming up at all

Honestly the heads at Warner Brothers are smoking crack, they butchered season 3 by not giving the creators the number of episodes that they need and while that's normal, you'd think if they want HBO Max to be a big success that they wouldn't want to take away from the quality of thier show for when it land on the streaming service
