Server Speccs

Hello guys, i own a gmod community and i have the problem that all get a high ping when we reach over 30 players.

I dont think its because my root server

Intel® Core™ i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz @ 8.3 GHz
And i also changed the Tickrate to 20.

Does anyone know how to improve the performance?

i dont think ping has to do with players, or specs. its more of a location thing.

Depends on where the servers located and what specs ur running
