Does Tracer Deserve A Buff?

Tracer is known for being very fast and good damage, but on the downside, she has extremely low health. One shot from roadhogs gun point blank annihilates her while it does about half health for most other heroes.

I think tracer should stay how it is for the time being.

Tracer is balanced, she should maybe get a lil hp buff but thats it

I don't think she needs a buff, she's powerful enough isnt she ?
