new amd driver issues

Is anyone having a problem playing fullscreen with the new amd drivers? my games just crash at 24fps or lower, but when i put it in window mode fps just stays as it should be (60fps +)

yes, friend, such a problem was in the game GTA 5, but with the Nvidia graphics card, I just play in the windowless one and the FPS is normalized.

I Dont know how to fix it for at least some months could use some help too
