FPs boost for medium pc

I had medium pc and only 120-200fps cansomeone give me methods to gave much fps it's possible?

120-200fps should be good already, but other than the usual:

- update graphic card drivers
- reduce game resolution
- reduce game quality settings
- buy new computer
