The Witcher: any thoughts?

I haven't watched the new netflix series the witcher. Anyone who has watched, any thoughts?

I never really got into the video games, so as someone not very familiar with the story line going into it, I really enjoyed it! I liked the cast and the music and the way that the plot pieced together time for us (starting in medias res and then stepping back to show how the Witcher is involved with the history of all these characters). Definitely worth a binge

i like it although it doesnt match up to game of thrones like everyone says

i dont like it at all, plus the main character kinda suck imo, couldnt finish 2nd episode

I watched the first episode. It seemed fairly generic, but honestly inoffensive. It's made for the masses at large, and tries to cash in on the hype around Game of Thrones.

The Whitcher is a really good show if you like scy fi. It's similar to like a game of thrones type of show. Fare warning there is nudity and explicit language throughout the show.

It is funny, and have a lot of blood and death. Its like GoT in The Witchers universe. Something weird and good.

It is nice, but I liked the book more. If you like books I would recommend it over the show.

The books of course will always be better. But I thoroughly enjoyed the series. They picked the perfect actors/actresses.
