Worst Customer Experience

What is the worst experience with a customer when/if you have worked retail/fast food?

too much waiting is very boring..i really dont like

Worked at a white castles. Guy in the drive through had a dispute with the person in the window. I was blocking off the parking lot and he felt like taking his anger out on me when he was pulling off the lot. Pulled a gun on me and threatened to shoot me. Yeah. Over some bite sized burgers
