Gmod addons

Should put my downloaded addons toaddons file onmy gmod server or i just need workshop link?

you must add addons to collection and than connect collection to server

It will vary on your server provider. Some have automatic force downloaders some don't. I suggest looking up youtube tutorials or the help page on your server provider.

Depends what you want to do, extracting them and placing them in can be useful for edits and to avoid auto updates causing issues. However if you don't want to have to go through the work, connecting a collection ID can be useful.

I think that you must add your addons on a collection

put it on you addons folder in garrysmodds folder as main

Putting it in the Addon folder solves it. If you do not have to link the workshop link, it is applied to the server.
