How I can get more fps?

You should upgrade your computer, but if you don't have the money for it, try to terminate as much programs as possible.
Also installing optifine is a good thing to try

You should use optifine, use VBOs, use a 8x8 texture pack and reduce render distance

Optifine is probably the best thing you could get , You can google it easily its found everywhere and its free.
Also, Try getting a Simplified Texture pack. (I know, Miinecraft is already simple enough isn't it?) But those few extra details make a world of a difference.
Make sure your settings are turned all the way down also, the more simple the graphics, the faster the FPS.

Upgrade your hardware, and get some software (mods) for minecraft, such as optifine. Also a lot of background processed mess w/ FPS too. depends on your ram, and ram allocation.

Small resolution texture packs are useful for frames and can look good! Rodrigo's pack in particular is nice.

Here's a list I made for easy ways to gain FPS:

1. Lower your render distance
   
2. Set graphics to fast (It barely changes looks, but increases FPS)
   
3. Turn off Smooth Lighting (Impacts FPS a lot!)
   
4. Close background apps
   
5. Download OptiFine(Currently only for 1.14.x, but will be updated soon)
   

As for more FPS, i am not sure if you have a desktop, mobile or laptop? If you on desktop i would suggest upgrading something to rx580 they are cheap af, and definitely will improve for your fps boost.

if you use optifine you will increase your fps by loads i did it on a old laptop and got it in to the 200 fps mark

Optifine is our lord and savior. You can get unreasonably good FPS on extremely outdated machines.
