What game console has the best graphics??

I've played on a different platforms and the ps4 pro claims to have the best graphics since you're able to run it on a 4k tv but the only game I've seen worth playing in 4k has to be red dead redemption2, but I think PC although it's not technically a just a game system has to have the best graphics due to upgradeable graphics cards.

I would go with ps4 and xbox i guess, i am not sure if there are any other competitive consoles out there
