I vividly remember my gameboy advance and how impressed i was by it at the time. shortly it was followed by my xbox and i was wondering what everyones first console was?

Mine was a GameCube. I was probably 12 and my next door neighbor was about 16 and she has a GameCube and brought it over and we played Mario Party and I was hooked!

Mine was the Sega Genesis, I got a model 2 from my parents in 1998. By that time, Sega was slowly starting to stop supporting the console and was getting ready to release the Sega Dreamcast, so my Dad got a good deal on it. It's still my favorite console to this day.

Its pretty strange to me see how modern a lot of these first consoles are. Mine was an Atari 2600.
