I agree with these guys. It's not the right time at the moment. The price was high because of the Coronavirus. The Chinese are taking care of the virus and there will be vaccine soon

OP, I do not believe there is a place you could buy bitcoins, however, you could try purse.io, it essentially is a website where you buy items for people on amazon and they send u crypto currency.
