Which is better Unity or Unreal Engine

Unity is supposedly coming out with a lot more features to try and take some 3D game market share from Unreal and other platforms within mid-ish 2020. So that's definitely something took look forward to in the future if you go down that route.

Unreal engine has better graphics. Unity is just there. Personally i've never used unity, But unreal engine is the best

In my opinion, UE is better than unity because

1. better graphics
   
2. has an option for C++ or a drag and drop type of system
   
3. easy to use and figure out
   
4. easy to find free assets (that are good)
   

So yeah, id say UE is better

Unreal Engine uses c++ which is a bit harder than what Unity uses, however it does allow for better quality and high fidelity visuals. So my choice would probably be UE

i really never tried Unity, but I been using Unity for quite sometime. Begone is the best game I ever played with using Unity, but I head Unreal engine is wayyyy better on 3d games compared with Unity, Unity is like mostly based on 2d games so yeah, you got the gist of it.

I use both but in my opinion Unity is quite a good thing to start off since it is quite invitational to new people using the software.

I can't compare but i started with Unity i keep going with unity, because is the best easy to use lots of people using lots of tutorials lots of people to help you out. and it's fun:D

Honestly depends on what you're trying to make, both are good at and for different things.

Personally, iv used Unity primarily for mobile games, and have been playing with Unreal's blueprints which are honestly insanely powerful.

Both good, depends on the project. For last news ue4 bought megascans and you can use them for free in your projects its a win win

From experience I would have to say Unreal Engine, it has more capabilities and is overall better by a development standpoint, however if you are new to programming you should use Unity.
