Which is better Unity or Unreal Engine

Anyone who says unity needs a smack in the head. Unreal is so much better, ive used both and recommend it

If you are experienced in C# I guess Unity and if you are experienced in C++ go with Unreal. But there are many other factors we can decide all here.

I would prefer UE above unity3d, but currently i am on Blender.

Overall i'd prefer Unity. I think it's easier to get into personally for Game-Development.

It's all down to personal preference.

I prefer unity, Not that its better than UE4 its just more "chunky". Unreal offers so much that you need to have a decent machine to make a game after a certain point you run into performance issues. (well i did).
With unity i dont have that barrier because the engine is "slimme". Thats just what i think.

Unreal Engine for sure. Unity is more like for smaller developers and indie games.

For more lightweight games or 2D games i would recomend Unity.
For the Shooter games and games that require a more beefy computer i would take Unreal Engine.

The reason for that is that Unitys way of creating games in, makes you need more resources for smaller games, than UE4.

Also, Make video edits in for example CS:GO use Unreal engine 4 or Film maker

the only reason i would use unreal engine is if i had very tight memory allocation limits, because you can manage memory usage better in C++ but C# and unity is a lot more convenient and accessible for me and the designers i work with

I personally like Unity but there both very good. Just pick one you'll love it
