Getting away from anything emitting blue light, preferably light in general ranging from your computer to your phone. Lay in bed and try to sleep as best as you can without even sleeping just relax.

eat heathy and stop using devices an hour or before if possilbe. hope you have a good sleep.

Stop using your phone an hour before you go to bed, and take a melatonin pill, it's a hormone that your body naturally makes which puts you to sleep

Dont use electronics for over 30minutes then go to bed, maybe finish your video then do dishes or make a snack. After that your brain will be ready to sleep!
