Serious What do you think about Energy Drinks?

I'm 15 so my entire day is based on a Monster Energy Drink.
I may be adicted lmao.

I have only drank Red Bull, and I think it tastes ok, but I'd rather have a soft drink.
They also say energy drinks can lead to having a cardiac arrest.

I tried red bull before too but I didn't like the taste at all. If I need something to keep me awake, I'll take a coffee over energy drink anytime.
