I'd probably get an accountant to manage the money, then I'd get a law team of some sort to protect myself because from what i've read its a nightmare putting your name out there with all the charities contacting you.

I'd probably pay off my remaining bills/student loans. After that, I'd hire someone to manage my assets, make sure my money makes more money, etc. From there I'd take care of the various repairs needed around the house, fix up my truck a bit, probably get another more fuel efficient second vehicle, and then... honestly, I don't know. Probably just tackle various side-projects that I've been putting off because of work/life.

Definitly buy the streets of Madrid superyatch was my first answer but that somehow costs *above a billon*
So i guess i would put it in a bank, wait a year so i dont get destroyed by taxes, then buy a house thats actually close to college.
Give away a sizable portion of it though, having too much money gives off a god complex.
