Make sure you get a proper sleep schedule, best way to get consistent sleep. Maybe try lavanda and chamomile tea.

Set a fixed time and try to stick to it, ignore your phone while trying to sleep too

1. Dont use any mobile devices 30 minutes before sleeping.
2. Develop a routine.
3. Drink a beer before going to rest.
4. Always go to sleep at consistent times, e. g. 11PM.

Don't eat or use tech in bed. Only sleep. No watching tv either but radio is ok.

I have insomnia and i strugly to sleep but i got some tabalets from the doctors so yea maybe try do that

Put on relaxing ocean sounds or anything else that you find relaxing. Dont panic if you dont sleep asap since on avg it takes 14 mins to go to sleep
