Is a jaffacake or a cake of a buscuit?

Serious question, is it a cake or a buscuit? I think its a cake as it has cake as the base and chocolate as the topping.

It does say cake in the word so i think that answers your question.

I feel like this is something I would think about while high but now that you've mentioned it I will probably never be able to eat them without having an existential crisis. Thanks! haha
