I want to make addons but i can't

I want to start making addons but i don't ha experience at programming and i would like to learn it

Maybe you should try on some programming forums? There should progamming category on reddit's site. Maybe there u will gain help. It's easier to learn from someone who has more experience than you. Make mistakes and let people help you out to understand what you've done wrong. Try some youtube videos at first, look forward for : How To make an addon for Google Chrome, just for example. There is a lot of stuff like that I belive and you can find some help there.
