You can influence people. Jesus didn't have a lot of money (practically none). Indeed, the most influential people aren't always rich.

It's true that now, our society is just money, you see it everywhere. The people with lots of money rarely help poor, poor people always work hard all day to earn enough for food.
If the poor had power, they could earn easier, if the rich had even more power, they would have even more money.
But since the question was what I would prefer, It would probably be power.

Yeah! If you have power you don't need money!
But money is also useful

Money give you power. Everything has a price: You can buy power.
Power without money is just a delusions of grandeur.
