Depression seriously is hard to get rid of. I used to date someone who suffered from depression and man, when I tell you they were so lifeless, they were.

Make sure you're around the right people. I know my condition was made worse by being about people I didn't really like and it made me feel guilty for not liking them.

i used to be depressed
so i started coding
then it slowly went away
now when i stopped
im now depressed

Been depressed for a very long time, still depressed. Consider seeing your doctor/GP they may look into therapy or antidepressants for you, this could help a lot but treatment is different for everyone (and sometimes treatment doesn't work at all). This Coronavirus shit is really messing with people who have mental illnesses.

The quarantine actually helped me. Can't go to work anymore, so I have more time for myself. I think my main source of depression was my boring job I had for years. I hope you all get better.

Go outside and breathe fresh air as much as you can. If it's really bad, talk to someone about it.
