Im from Lithuania too and i can confirm this. Its not legal, there are onlysome legal types of Cannabis which doesn't have any drugeffects and there somemedications which contains cannabis in the medication itself.

I wish I was in your country. Here in Kenya it is illegal. And if found, there is a crazy jail term for you.
