Personally, I'd say Private Internet Access due to their policies of not having logs. I have a hard time trusting NordVPN, I've heard some scary stories about them and I just do not like how heavily they advertise their product anywhere and everywhere.

I've never had any issues with PIA and the speeds I get with them are great too.

Nord VPN has had a lot of breaches and rents out their servers. You don't know who is handling your data or where they are. Look into DD-WRT and running a VPN over your network. I also like tunnelbear, but keep in mind what I said before.

For a free vpn on your phone I use Warp aka 1.1.1.1

for e i use betternet since 2 year and its work a lot and there is so many different country you can use it ! best one
