best vpn to use?

express vpn says there the best but you pay a good chunk of money ive also used ip vanish and currently using surf shark and to be honest you can read up on all the specs of the vpns and pay less for almost the same stuff

Yup, like other's have stated. NordVPN is a good option. Cheap, reliable, and easy to use. I use it mainly for SEO related stuff, but also torrenting as well.
