There is in fact an Intel i9, but these days I would invest solely for the ryzen threadripper. IMO.

tthere is, but I agree with everyone else. I think the threadripper or another ryzen chip would be the better choice for price/performance

yes intel core i9 is real but i would advise you to go for ryzen 7 or ryzen 9 , ryzen 7 is much cheaper than i9, using it in on my pc its very good processor

it depends on the usage but you probably right, for today standards a 6c/12t high clocked is more than enough even in gaming + streaming scenarios.

Yep there are but not for every generation! but the new AMD would be better!

Id like to add to this but your CPU that you need depends on usage, but for gaming you can have a TR 3990X and have worse frames than a i9 9900K simply because most games can't utilise all the cores that the 3990x offers and that intel cores benefit on gaming, not saying that Intel is necessarily better. But if you want value wise, you're better off on AMD.
