Gmod server in GoogleCloud (GCP)

There are a lot of people doing Garry's Mod server nowadays and profiting a lot, so I went to find out what was going on right. They are hosting on GoogleCloud, with the free trial, and when it ends, they create another account, I really wanted to know how to do this, because I am new to this world of programming and everything I do wrong; p
