I'd just finished up setting up a fake profile on facebook, it was tied to a Google account that had been verified by a phone number and was fleshed out with profile pictures and uploads that I'd acquired.

All of a sudden facebook prompted me to complete a captcha, which I did, and then it told me to upload a picture of my face, stating that the picture would not be uploaded to my profile but would be used to verify my identity. fortunately I had several pictures to hand that fit the criteria. after uploading the image I was told that i cant use facebook right now and that they are reviewing my submission.

Do you think I'll pass the review? Has anyone else had this happen to them or got tips to prevent it happeneing in the future?

Id spent an entire day curating resources for this profile.

you're most likely fucked. FaceBook is just really bipolar and randomly selects people for these shakedowns. My fake facebook is still up somehow.

Then you should use VPN or other app to ger rid geolocation tracking and for photos don just copy paste from the web.. take a picture with your mobile using VPN and upload it.. Take a tree or something!

People should stop using Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp, but that's very difficult when all your connections, family, etc are using them....

Use fastmail.com email address and chrome browser. Facebook block signups from most of VPNs these day. Disconnect your vpn and connect with public WIFI or use cantenna for far away Wifi hotspots. just signin with your fresh fastmail email address and if required you can use sms24.me website for OTP. This method worked for me many time. If you are able to create account without any issue then don't send friend request immediately. Wait for some time and start browsing facebook. You can connect to vpn but always stick to one location to avoid account verification.

Hope this will help you.
