Garry's Mod 3

Will the new Garry's mod be based on Unreal engine 4?

The creators will have to change the entire game and change the graphics

To be honest with you I really dont think Garrys Mod 3 will come out. The reason being is that Garry's Mod is still extremely well and I dont see an end to it. Even if it does comes out I still dont think it will be as popular as Garrys Mod oringinal just saying.
