I ususally eat a late breakfastI do 16:8 intermittent fasting my feeding period typically starts at 9am so I'll eat breakfast. Then lunch at 2ish and I start my fast at 3pm. Sometimes, i'm not able to start my fast until much later (say 7-8pm) so no breakfast the next day.
