Whats the best person to play when flanking

I tend to flank a lot on league, and wanted to know what characters u all use

I would suggest Zac as his E lets him sneak up on people very easily and he has great CC.

Assassins (for example; Talon)or tanky champions with engage (Maokai is good). I've seen Zac here, that could be an option as well.
