Whats the point of needing 15 posts?

I guess they have a point but it is still irritating!

It makes sense to elaborate on such vague terms by agreeing on conditions or milestones to achieve certainty at a later time and place.

I feel like the 15 posts is a bit unnecessary. It basically forces new users to spam other posts

Because you have to make your part in helping the forum. If you're here only to download things how this forum would survive? You need to help others too.

It forces people to at least contribute to the community somewhat and not just take something and not give back.
