Literally makes no sense. You want your players to catch viruses or be in quarentine? lol

Ahahah, that is great. If someone would ever found somebody's made it, that will be so cool. Hope that Dream or somebody else would take a review on YouTube with their friend having fun.

COVID 19 - Minecraft plugin is good. You can give it a try, better see all plugin demos by searching on google. I hope it will help you.

Don't think I can link it, but for Bukkit/Paper/Spigot servers there is a disease plugin. You might be able to make custom diseases with it using its config? Can't remember.
It lets you contract the virus from a variety of sources (or force it on someone with commands) and spread it via contact with other players.
The only thing is that there are vaccines you can craft/buy in it, and I don't know how realistic you'd like to be but there isn't already a vaccine for Covid.

why would you do that? If you are in need, then look in Google, there is always something there

a disease mode can be so cool yeah to infect other an goin on and include mask for protection
