Server problem

Hey, I've got my server up and running however I'm having an issue with anyone joining where they get timed out because of a Lua error "Not enough memory". I've been trying to fix it but I'm having no use. Can I get some help?

yes, your players need to run the factoryreset-gmod.bat in the game files, then download all addons again. that worked for me
