So I have a darkrp server and everytime I restart
all doorgroups I set and all doors I disabled ownership can be bought again I really need your help.

Is your data file fucked, darkrp automatically saves it for you normally

Sounds like your db fucked, try to delete the garrysmod/data folder or the garrysmod/sv.db file.

I think it's problem with datafile. You should remove all files from addons folder manual and install it again.
