New to CSGO problem

I have about 40 hours on CSGO, and decided to try competitive today. The problem is is that I keep getting kicked from my matches. Mid game my team decides to kick me and they say i'm awful. This has happened 2/3 matches I've joined. Last game I had 16 kills and 24 deaths, then got kicked because the guy on my team called me trash. I try my hardest and know what to do on CT and T side but I keep getting kicked for being a noob. Why is the community so hostile towards newbies? It make me feel awful and not want to play anymore

well the community based around csgo is really toxic the players are usually rude don't care and act hostile towards their teammates no matter where you are on the scoreboard so i'd suggest find a friend who plays and match up with him since they cannot kick you if your friend doesn't agree on the vote if he presses f2 and declines there's no chance you'd get kicked since all the players from the team have to accept the vote

there are many scammers in csgo that I saw in the game for more than a few hours, and I see no reason to play; there are crowds of bad people

That happens all the time, typical CSGO community, I'd suggest match-making with friends.
If you perform too good in a random lobby, they will try to kick you, and they will do the same if you're doing really well.

Try playing FaceIT or a FaceIT Hub it's 100x better there in my opinion
