Anti-cheat, RDM (Killing a bunch of players) and just general trolling will do the trick. Chuck some DDOS threats in there and you'll be good

Spam loud, annoying music into the mic if you're bored and want to be in an admin sit. Mass RDM even after being told to stop, right in front of staff if you want that instant ban hammer LOL. If you want extra credit throw in threats of a DDoS or Doxxing a staff member.

Probably like everyone said Micspam, Mass RDM, injecting Cheats(if you want a VAC) or chatspam racist words.

Fastest way to get banned without downloading server content is spamming enter, leave, enter leave. It will spam server chat <User> Joined the server.
After 1 minute you will get banned
