You need to find a good local exchange to convert your fiat currency to BTC. Don't try to buy from outsiders if you're new to this investment because they may cheat you so better go with good exchanges.

Use Mycelium app on Android. This app has buy/sell bitcoin feature. It will help you find sellers near your area.

Create an account on kraken, very nice and easy to buy any crypto with this. (Using bank account)

You can use options like fiat to crypto swaps. The best way maybe p2p, since you can escrow or meet in person before the transfer.

Seriously though. The rate changed so much between now and when it first came out.
