There is no point in using it because it is detected immediately. Then why is it in it?

I've been following this thread to see if anything updates here but seems like everyone is just waiting for the original developers to do something.
I will break it to you, they will not. I tried contacting them but they all seem to have stepped away from ED. The only option we have is get together and update it ourselves.
On that matter, I'm more active on another forum (not sure if I'm allowed to mention). The same thing is going on there. Nobody does anything and is just waiting.

So hereby I will share what I have found so far.

I extracted the source code from the trainer, which is in lua format.
Some memory values are outdated and need to be updated. I believe that's what's causing the crash in the first place.
I randomly checked some other values and found that they are still working if you apply them manually.
Doing that I got the following working (Omnijump, cooldown, ammo, interdict, jumpcount)
Since these where the main features I used in the first place I didn't really look further.

If anyone wants to contribute or help out update this trainer feel free to pm me or add me on discord @ Chrissss#4221

Thank you for your work, I tested this update, the game crashes in the parameter, "Agility\Normal flight agility"

Hull damage ok, module damage not working.

This not work on latest version. So he need rework some code or offset.

Perma Banned !!

Using all 1.27 in open (except for "Unsafe"), i got perma banned... I was expecting this, but i wanted to see how long it would take for them to catch me.
It took less than 24 hours for them to slap me with the ban hammer...
