Fiddlesticks rework

I like that his body looks like it's made of repurposed farm tools. Helps keep the scarecrow image in a more abstract way.

Compared to the previous one, it is much better and stronger than its older version

For example, it could clear two camps at once

Looks much better but the old one felt much stronger,pluss hes scarry as fuck i love the scream on his e :D :D

Voice fiddlestick is good but he's ability give a lot of cc and damage, it's op champ for nowadays
