Best top lane?

Kayn is strong top, believe it or not, top kayn is better than jung.

Maokai for now. very strong laining and very high mid-late tanking potential

Id say darius with ghost, good mobility burst and insane damage, or braindead garen lol

as arrgh said, garen is the best for starters and climbing till Plat5

Just play darius,let urself get pushed lvl 1 then run at him with gost and conqueror,either he flashes or he is dead.

I think ORNN for now, it helps so much team with his ability, you can buy items under tower and ofc you can upgrade items.

if for me there is no "best" hero on the top lane, depending on what style of play you have and what you need is a hero you play

I use Jarvan, if away in the first 15 minutes this becomes a pass. Garen is nice, very healthy and can sustain quite a lot of harassment.

Darius seems to be good these days. No characters to fight back

I think its depends what your enemy pick which champion but Nasus can win every fight if you play smartly
